History of Bathshack
Established in 2009 by Peter Dunlop, Bathshack prides itself on providing high-quality bathrooms at an affordable price. We are Ireland’s largest online bathroom supplier, we retail bathrooms through our online webstore and through 8 retail showrooms across Ireland. We offer delivery of all products to anywhere in the UK and Ireland from our County Antrim base.
We are a family run business, growing since 2009 from a small team of under 10, to an 92 strong company across 10 sites. The company has experienced a huge surge in customer demand since the pandemic, which has resulted in a recruitment drive across its distribution, marketing, telesales and customer services departments. Growth across the business has been exponential the past 2 years and we plan to continue this in 2023.
Forward Thinking
We pride ourselves on being a forward thinking company staying ahead of the trends. We’ve seen a surge in demand for black and brass bathroom products in recent years and as a result have expanded our offering both online and offline.
Our most popular products are freestanding baths and Bluetooth mirrors. We believe people are putting more thought into their bathroom spaces when building houses allocating more room in the bathroom for things like freestanding baths and double vanity units. It’s essential when planning a bathroom that you plan for the future! For example if you plan to grow your family in the future an investment in a double vanity unit will help speed up the morning routine.
Feeling out 2023
The home industry has fluctuated a lot over the past couple of years. We are optimistic that the industry will hold it’s own this year. We as a company are doing what we can to lower costs and ensure we cater to every budget. We’ve got something for everyone no matter the size of their budget. We also keep our customers informed about how to cut energy costs and the best products to go for on a budget in our blog.
We are an award winning bathroom company and one Irelands largest online bathroom retailers with 8 stores across the island of Ireland. We care about our customers and want to provide them with the best possible service no matter what.
Upcoming plans and looking to the future
In 2023 we plan to continue to expand our sister site Tileshack. Tileshack.com offers a massive range of tiles for the whole home not just bathrooms! We launched the site in 2022 and plan to grow this over the next couple of years! We stock over half a million pounds worth of tiles in stock in our Antrim warehouse. We are on a mission to provide the UK and Ireland with the best quality tiles at competitive prices.

We plan to continue what we do and also strive for improvement across the business so we continue to grow. We pride ourselves on our people and what we offer.
